We learned that:
-children celebrate Kwanzaa
-Kwanzaa means the first fruit of the harvest (we talked about what some possible fruits are, and what harvest means)
-children eat fruit kabobs and some fruits may be pineapple, grapes, and bananas
-Kwanzaa starts on December 26th
We created a bracelet that used the colors of the African flag (red, black, and green)!
