Winter Wonderland

Personally I do not like the season, but it is one of my favorite themes. I love all the activities that will occur during the next 4 weeks. We will explore a lot with snow, snowflakes, snowmen, sorting by size big/medium/small, and 4 great pieces of literature (lots of retelling opportunities). Winter is going to be such a great theme. We will continue to develop our knowledge of letter ID to put more coconuts on our tree, and 2 new non-fiction units on polar bears, and penguins.
