This week our story is called "Pete's a pizza," by William Steig. We have read this story, learned new vocabulary words like miserable, and acted it out today with props and Octopi! I picked a name from the box and that lucky Octopus was made into a pizza. Of course the props were left out during free choice, so that everyone could be made into a pizza! I love their love for reading!
