With the bakery theme we get to experience and taste making REAL treats. We will make cookies Thursday, and pancakes next Thursday.
Dramatic play has changed into our bakery shop where the children can make cake, cookies, doughnuts, pie, and brownies. In the sensory table, the children can play with REAL pancake batter and pretend fruit to make treats!
We are focusing on letters and numbers with our path games, and cookie box letters! We are using our senses in science, the sense of touch to sort the cupcakes by soft and hard/bumpy.
