We have switched to the bakery theme. We will experience many things from baking cookies, brownies, and pancakes, to learning about the sense of touch (sorting cupcakes by soft, or rough). We will create recipes, graph our favorite cookie/treat, learn about C,Y, and R letters, sort cakes by big/medium/small, sort by pie/bread/cakes (PBC), and make our own shape cookie book.
We will read some favorites by Laura Numeroff, and Mo Willems-If you give a pig a pancake, if you give a mouse a cookie, and The duckling gets a cookie.
