We learned that:
-Germans created the first Christmas Tree
-Germans use an advent calendar
-they enjoy singing Christmas carols
-St. Nicholas puts gifts in their shoes
....so we created our first Christmas tree out of paper towel tubes and finger paint ornaments :)
