pancakes. Letter pancakes. Yum!
The children got to eat their letter Thursday by eating Letter Pancakes. This is the second baking and eating experience within this bakery theme.

Baking cookies (PM)....yum!
Today was such a yummy day in preschool!
We made cookies, the first of three baking experiences that will occur in the bakery theme. The children had many roles today:
We put all the ingredients into a bowl, mixed, scooped, and decorated the cookies.
We graphed our favorite cookie.
Special activity was "painting" with syrup and chocolate chips.
We also created a recipe of "How to make cookies," by the Octopus class.
It was such a fun day.
