We have been reading one of our favorite characters; Pete the Cat and the 4 groovy buttons. We worked in our journals and counted buttons, did a story retell with our "sticker" buttons, and played a roll and put on game with buttons and a shirt.

Shape detectives
Today we explored with a dot paint hunt. The children had to look at the shape, find the correct color, and search for that shape on the top. It was a big job. Tricky at first but shape detectives by the end!

Working with watercolor
We have so many fun things to explore in preschool. One way we can show our artistic side is with watercolor paint. Today we explored with watercolor while painting our names.
